The Next Level Outreach Mission Ministry – Is a ministry designed to help those in our community who are in need. Being “missional” is a very important part of the make-up of The Next Level Church.  We believe that impacting our community in feeding those who are hungry, helping those who are hindered and reaching out to those who society has given up on is the foundation of what Jesus wants us to continue to do as a body of believers until His glorious return.  In Matthew 25:34-40 34Then the King will say to those on his right, ‘Come, you who are blessed by my Father, inherit the kingdom prepared for you from the foundation of the world. 35 For I was hungry and you gave me food, I was thirsty and you gave me drink, I was a stranger and you welcomed me, 36 I was naked and you clothed me, I was sick and you visited me, I was in prison and you came to me.’ 37 Then the righteous will answer him, saying, ‘Lord, when did we see you hungry and feed you, or thirsty and give you drink? 38 And when did we see you a stranger and welcome you, or naked and clothe you? 39 And when did we see you sick or in prison and visit you?’ 40 And the King will answer them, ‘Truly, I say to you, as you did it to one of the least of these my brothers, you did it to me.’

The purpose of the Hospitality Team is to provide structure and direction to ensure that all food events at The Next Level Church are successfully operated and meet a high standard for quality, service and safety. The Hospitality Team learns and grows though obedience to God by serving Him, His church, and His people, with a spirit of excellence.

The Next Level Greeter’s Team is servant focused with the enhancement of worship as our goal.  We are designed to make visitors and members feel welcomed, as well as, provide a helping hand in any service where God can be magnified.  As doorkeepers, we are committed to ushering, helping, and serving in a friendly manner to encourage an atmosphere of worship with decency, and in order, to the Glory of God.

The Orientation Team provides classes to meet with New Members, as they begin their journey at The Next Level Church. The purpose of the Orientation Classes, are as follows: (1) identifies the uniqueness of The Next Level Church; (2) shows that membership is valued highly; (3) an opportunity to discuss The Next Level Church’s Mission and Vision; (4) provides Leadership Team, a way to interact with New Members in a relaxed environment; and (5) an avenue/resource where New Members can get to know other members and Ministry Teams.

The Next Level’s Praise Teams (Adult and Youth) render perfected praise and worship unto God, in spirit and in truth through music and song in order to set the tone and atmosphere to invite God in, thus invoking His very presents. The Holy Spirit uses team members, together with their particular gifts and talents, to lead the congregation to praise and worship God and magnify the Lord Jesus Christ. It is our goal to touch the very heart of God so that we may dwell in His presences as He inhabits our praise.

“So we enter into his gates with thanksgiving, and into his courts with praise, being thankful unto him, and bless his name.” Psalms 100:4

The set-up/break-down team glorifies God by facilitating the setting-up and breaking-down of equipment for The Next Level’s corporate worship, which encourages passion for God, connection with others, following His Word and Spirit, and touching lives.

The Next Level’s (TNL) Catalog Team strategically develops logos/designs to achieve maximum clarity and impact by creating custom identity clothing and items. Catalog items are designed to communicate the core Mission and Vision of The Next Level Church.

The Transportation Team is designed to maximize onsite worship opportunities by providing safe, dependable, and courteous transportation services to individuals, who would not otherwise be able to attend The Next Level Church.

The Next Level Youth Ministry believes that the youth are an integral part of the church. We will mentor and guide our youth through this time of spiritual formation and help them and their families adapt to the teachings of Jesus so that they may develop a deeper, more committed relationship with Jesus. It is through this purpose, that our vision is to provide a quality Youth Ministry program that will Encourage, Enlighten and Educate our youth to Explore, Expand and Build on their faith. We will also continue to Challenge and Encourage each youth to commit their lives to Christ.

The Next Level Church’s Dance Teams use Spiritual Dance to serve many different purposes in the church:  as a tool that God uses to bring healing and deliverance to His people; a vehicle that can be used for creating an atmosphere of praise, worship, thanksgiving, victory, among other things as God sees fit; to usher God’s people into His presence; and as a gift that God gives to bless to His people. Teams developed for youth and adults.

Follow-up is important to The Next Level Church. Therefore, the follow-up team has been designed as a way to get the conversation started by sending postcards to individuals, saying “Thank You for Visiting With Us” and/or as an expression of “We’ve Missed You” to individuals whom has been absent from church over a period of time. The team reaches out to visitors and absent members to pull people in and to encourage spiritual growth. Follow-up is one of the ways The Next Level Church shows individuals that we care about their spiritual journey.

The Annual Back To School Bash is a carnival-like event, to solidify a sense of family and connectedness with the community, as we celebrate the beginning of a new school year.  During this event the community is able to enjoy music, inflatables, games (ex. face painting, ring toss, cake walks, etc.) and food, while school supplies are distributed to all school aged youth.  There are also opportunities for individuals to go home with free coupons from local barbershops and beauty shops, bicycles, and much more.

The B.R.I.D.G.E Team is a ministry designed to Bring Restoration Into Divine Order With Great Expectations.   Main focuses: Listening (James 1:19; Proverbs 12:15), Feeding (Isaiah 58:7-12; Matthew 25:35-40), and Restoration (Isaiah 58:12; Deuteronomy 15:4).

The Scholarship Team empowers the youth of the Next Level Church to become stewards/leaders according to God’s purpose in today’s society. The team members serve as mentors and visionaries for their future success by providing scholarships and other educational resources to assist in their post-secondary education. The Single Parent Team is designed to aide parents with basic physical and spiritual needs without passing judgement, being prejudice, or discriminator.  We want to assist single families in the community so no single parent walks alone.  All that we do in this ministry will be in the name of Jesus.

The Apartment Complex Team is designed as an outreach ministry to make The Next Level Church known within the community.  This team will go to different apartment complexes to provide programs and activities (ex. watch movies with tenants and provide snacks in a group setting, clothing giveaways etc.).
