Next Level Church Purpose
To lead people to a growing life-changing relationship with Jesus Christ.

Purpose of the Next Level Scholarship is to provide financial assistance to students who have successfully completed high school and are endeavoring to further their education. All scholarships will be awarded based on service and information provided on the completed application.

GUIDELINES:

• Must be a member of Next Level Baptist Church or must be involved in assisting with Next Level Events or a Next Level Ministry

• Cumulative grade point average of 2.45 or higher on a 4.0 grading scale

• Completed Application must be turned in by: May14th, 2023

• Proof of Acceptance to a post-secondary institution

• Written documentation of full or part-time enrollment if awarded a scholarship.
(Part-time status is minimum of 6 hours)

• Incomplete and / or late application will not be reviewed

• Award Sunday will be announced in May

• The Scholarship funds will be released upon submission of class registration.

• Application must be typed or clearly printed in blue or black ink.

• Applicant must submit two (2) letters of recommendation from non-relative and non-scholarship committee members.
*At least one letter of recommendation from a current or former teacher, principal, or guidance counselor

• Hand-written letters or electronic letters will not be accepted.

• The two (2) letters of recommendation must be placed in a sealed envelope and returned with your completed application.
*Completed application must be given to Sis. Bernice Forte.

• High School transcript and grading scale must be submitted with the application
